Amazing. Had an emergency issue on a weekend at 7am. Answering service took my details and got a call from the company within 2 minutes. Esteban came and did a very thorough job both fixing all issues and clearly explaining them to us. He checked everything that could possibly go wrong and gave us the option of what to fix and what to think about for future visits.Esteban arrived in a KN95 mask, gloves and booties as standard protocol. It must have been tough to work with the mask on for two hours but he was a total champ.Considering this was a weekend emergency the pricing was fair. Thank you Driptech.

I had a great experience working with Driptech. We had a late night plumbing emergency. I called Driptech and they helped me trouble shoot potential problems over the phone. I was able to text photos to them and get immediate answers with suggestions of things to try and identify the problem. They sent two technicians out first thing the next morning. Both were very helpful, courteous, and efficient. They assessed the problem, left to get the correct parts, then returned and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend calling Driptech the next time you have any plumbing-related issues with your home.

When I first spoke to Lemecki I explained a problem I was having with a leak from an unknown location and that I had been out of the country when the leak began and that I knew about the leak because I had signed up for leak alerts emails.  We made an appt for him to come out and I arranged my schedule around this appointment.  He was a no show.  I called and he said he would call me right back.  That didn't happen.  So I called again and we made another appt which he was very late to.  I showed him the area where water was leaking and showed him my basement and said he would need to look around at the pipes to see where the leak was coming from.  He never did that. What he did tell me was that he needed to replace a drain pipe.  I was a bit overwhelmed so I went along with it.  I asked what the charges would be and he said either a flat fee of $900, or $195/hour.   I didn't want to go with the $900 but I know how when tradesmen charge an hourly rate, that that can go sideways so I accepted the $900 charge.  The work took less than 2 hours and of course didn't resolve the issue.   Several days after I texted Lemecki to let him know the leak was still happening, he said he would repair it.  He sent to of his employees over who reached over my LOCKED gate and unlocked it and let themselves in.  There is a door bell in full view, by the way.   The workers didn't say anything, but rather, just went to work.  I told them to stop working because I wanted to explain the situation and one of the guys used foul language and I told him that such language was uncalled for.  He didn't care for my message and he and his colleague left.  I phoned Lemecki and was pretty fired up at this incredibly unprofessional behavior and ended up dropping an f bomb at which time Lemecki said he wouldn't talk to me anymore because I had used profanity.  I apologized 4 times and reminded him he employee used foul language (but that didn't seem to matter.  Oh, the irony!).  Lemecki then invited me to get a lawyer and hung up on me.   Some texts followed where he explicitly denied my having told him about the water leak, et cet and he refuses to accept any responsibility.   I think he is unscrupulous and dishonest and does shoddy work.

Amazing service! I was bailing water out of my bathtub after our shower handle failed and erupted into a geyser. We had a plumber at our door in 20 minutes and he quickly handled everything. He even let me use his little shop vac to ensure our floors were saved. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
