        I have enjoyed working with Cheryl for about 6 years so far. I am very pleased with my progress in balance, strength and overall well-being. Cheryl has a wonderful sense of humor in addition to her training skills. Pilates is a part of my long term goal to keep fit and healthy. I never hesitate to recommend her to everyone who wants to feel more vital.
