I have been training with Joe at Ultimate Fitness for over 5 years now. Joe is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. The program is 2 times a week and it has been essential for keeping up my core strength for the cycling that I do. It is an excellent place to train.

OMG this place has been a lifesaver! I have a very full schedule and this fitness program only asks for 30 minutes, twice a week. In only a few months I have lost weight and gained muscle and strength. The personal trainers are fantastic - they are really experienced with a wealth of knowledge. I usually work with Nina who walks me through each machine; she not only motivates me but makes the time pass so quickly! I am always surprised when my time is up and I am walking out the door feeling strong and fit. They make everything seem easy - from parking, to scheduling, to your trainer preparing each machine for your level. It makes it really hard to talk yourself out of going. I also love how there are only a few clients there at any given time, so there is no gym scene, as a woman I really appreciate that. You can get in and get out with ease, and with real results!

I have been going to Ultimate Fitness three times per week for 30 minute sessions over the past 7 years. I enjoy my sessions and feel invigorated when I leave. My strength, as well as muscle tone and muscle definition have made significant improvements. With the slow motion method of training you can actually feel your strength improving! Other health benefits that Ive experienced include increased flexibility and decreased inflammation. I highly recommend Ultimate Fitness to anyone who desires a stronger more functional body.

I enrolled my information for an advertised 12 weeks program and got a call from the club right away. I made my initial appointment with the trainer for Friday 05/26. I asked several times how much the program will cost during the call and didn't get the answer. Next day a person, who's name was Tony called me regarding my appointment and I asked him the same question. He didn't provide me even with the range of prices, so I asked to cancel my appointment. The conversation further was outrageous: Tony: why do you want to cancel? Me: I don't want to waste my time if I don't know the conditions upfront. Tony: taking care of your health is wasting your time? Me: I will find other ways to take care of my health. Tony: well, it's a shame that you are canceling. Me: Excuse me? Tony: I said it's a shame that you are canceling. I haven't even gotten into this fitness club, but have already faced violation of my boundaries, shaming, and judgment of my decisions. Caddish and pushy sales practices, not answering questions and shaming potential customers will hardly get them through the door. Also I got the call from Tony at 8:41am (google: the best time to make a business call) and he completely butchered my name. And please don't bring practice of man, shaming woman for her decisions into the 21st century. There is no place for that any more.

I love UF. In the last three years, I've gained about 15 pounds. That won't sound like a good thing to some, but  it is; it's all good weight. And I can see it and feel it in my body. All it took was 30 minutes, twice a week.

We're thrilled to hear how much you love the slow-motion training method! As you mentioned, feeling your strength improve in every movement is truly something special. It's also fantastic that you've experienced increased flexibility and decreased inflammation – these are both fantastic side effects of a well-rounded fitness program.

Hi Ekaterina, I am sorry about the conversation you had with Tony. I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me once it was brought to my attention . As we discussed Tony used an inappropriate word choice when he used the word "shame". He was trying to convey that it was regrettable or unfortunate that you wanted to cancel your appointment. I Used this as a teaching moment for Tony and the impact that words can have on a person and to think about the words you use. As you and I agreed, the word shame should not be used especially in a gym setting.
