My time working with Kasia has been incredibly illuminating. The questions she asks in sessions and the exercises she welcomes me to do inside and outside of our one-on-one sessions guide me through the deep internal work that I've been looking to do for the last several years. Kasia is also super great at adapting post-session resources to the needs of me as an individual client. The work we do isn't just isolated to sessions, she creates materials for me to do homework on my own, and follows up in supporting me with reflecting on my accountability with that work. I'm so grateful that I found Kasia when I did, and I look forward to continuing to unpack and rebuild aspects of my mindset that have room for growth!
