Living Water Well Drilling & Pump Service

I hired Taner to make a well in my home because the old pump went out and he seemed knowledgeable when he came out. I trusted him and his company to do a good job. Since they installed it all we had nothing but problems and trim leaking to all kinds of issues and every time we call Taner he doesnt answer or is too busy and hard to get a hold of him. He gave us a one year warranty but seems hes waiting for the year to hit to charge us for service. I lost count now many times we called for service and still to this day have issues. Seems it pisses him off we keep calling but wouldnt have to if they would fix the issue already. I own a business so know what it is to have to send employees to keep fixing something. We try to make sure everyone is taken care of and at least respond to customers. The company tried to blame us about the issues and replacing things when we never touched anything. If we knew this would happen, we would have hired the other company to do what this company was hired for. I dont recommend this company at all stay away and find someone different Who does care about their customers and the service?

They send a employee named Miquel and he spent two months here and didn't get any further than a few feet claimed to have cave ins pulled the permit that is none refundable so it costs a thousand dallors for nothing. And didn't get it back and was told it would be transferable. It isn't so we lost a thousand dallors. The Owner doesn't like you to ask any questions he does like to use Fowl Language and treat the Client terrible. I will every chance put it out there What kind of a Company this is. !! Shameful but apparently the owner or his son have No Shame. Stay away from this Company !
