If I could give zero stars I would. A cashier named Nicky was very rude from the start. I politely asked for the restroom for my 6 year old autistic son and she right away rudely refused. I understand that they said no public restrooms but he had an emergency and he was even crying when we walked out, of fear of peeing himself. I did start calling her names because I explained to her the situation and she responded very rude even though I wasnt rude to her until she gave me attitude. Poor customer service. I use to love rainbow when the staff was nicer and understanding. Wonder why they are running out of business everywhere

I love Rainbow. Its my to go store, but today, December 10, 2022, Im going to complain about their customer service. I was offended by the lady who was there today. She said her name is Nicky. My 6 year old autistic nephew needed to go pee. I told my sister that they wouldnt let her use the restroom, but she went to ask anyways. As I thought, they said no. I didnt hear the conversation between Nicky and my sister. My sister just said that she asked and Nicky answered her with attitude so she gave her attitude. I dont know what happened but I was just telling my sister I told you so and was about to tell her to go to Hobby Lobby, when Nicky, with attitude, said ok you can leave my store now. I had a shirt in my hand that I was about to buy, but when she said that, I took it as she was telling my sister and my nephew to leave, and in a way, to me. The situation became awkward for me too. I tried to calm the situation down, but neither girls were budging. I am not asking for her to be fired, but I do wish someone speaks to her about good people skills. I think we all get disciplined in our jobs and I do believe she needs to receive more training in customer service. I reprimanded my sister for her attitude, especially in front of my nephew. I think it is necessary that Nicky is reprimanded as well. Thank you.
