Scammer applied for a property paid $80 for application fee and when I called and asked about it they said I was missing something I fixed it and after that wouldnt return my calls just took my money that was it

Worst property management company I have ever had to deal with.
Poor response time to tenant work order request. Just all around bad management practices.
This company along with the property owner left my family and I without hot water for over 2 weeks. Not until after I made a complaint to the city about the conditions that we were left to live in, the company had the water heater repaired and then told us the next day, we had 2 months to give the property back.
If you come across a property that they manage, be aware that they are gonna treat you like a slum lord would.
We are currently suing them because of this along with many other laws they have broken against us a renters. Don't do business with them.

They refuse to fix anything and now they deleted my review. Terrible company. Angie has no one holding her accountable and she is over worked and overwhelmed and has given me the same excuses for a year. Ive hit my breaking point. The property management / owner will not allow us to renew our rent and they verbally said they wont fix anything but we can keep living here and pay rent so yay

Dont waste your time and money with PMI Merced. I surprise to see good reviews about this SCAM , it is total TRAP.
Given option I would have given zero or even negative.
