Fountain View Urgent Care

Worst practices. Turned away elderly dementia patient saying they only have 1 Dr on staff & dr refused to do simple UTI test. Unbelievable. This is after we took him in morning & turned away because they're booked & told to come back at 1 & called to make sure it was clear to come in. Absolutely disgusting.

Everyone was super respectful and nice , One specific nurse with blonde hair was extremely rude . To my autistic son. If youre a nurse you should know to not only be respectful but be cautious of someones disability. I should not have to mention hes autistic to get some respect to him. Do better .

They took care of my 4 year old daughter today in under 15 minutes. The medical assistant was wonderful with her. Thank you so much for taking care of us. I have been seen here myself as well and was diagnosed/treated and was happy with the care I received then as well.

I come once a week because I have to for testing and I can honestly say their customer service here is awesome! From the front desk to the back Keisha is who I always have to see in the back and shes always giving me her A game, so polite, and she has great customer service! Makes me feel like shes my Homegirl that Ive known for years haha! Thanks KEISHA girl u da best! Bernice is so sweet and a hard worker! All the girls and of course the guy I always forget names but the front desk peoples be sweet def like second family since I see them every week thanks everyone at fountain view G street be where its at I see yall always super busy and still be nice even when people be rude up in there all the time for no reason! So thanks again for being an inviting environment and patient with me every-time I come in! God bless you all The one who wears glasses and no makeup with tattoos hehe

Bernie the receptionist answered my phone call regarding a check up and I asked if she took my insurance, prior to that she was rude and had an awful attitude. She said she can check whether they accept my insurance and right when she said shell check she hung up. I kept calling back but went straight to voicemail. Really annoying when youre sick and needing help.
