Worse mcdonalds i have been to and horrible customer service. One of the girls that works there was very rude to my niece when she went to pick up our online order and didn't have our food ready. When my niece called to tell us that, and that we needed to go in ourselves I said don't argue just get their names and we will call corporate to report this issue. She went outside to the car without our food, when we went in ourselves and the manager wich her name said was "Esther" who knows if true or not because no one had a name tag on started saying it was not true what my niece said and i was ok can i just get my food gave her the code and she said nothing popped up no order i showed her the address and order number, i was ok can i get my food i payed for it already she said no because that would be giving free food, how is that free if i payed for it it got deducted from my bank account. I ended up leaving with no food i just told her i would be calling corporate and reporting this i was not going to argue with her and to please give me her name and the other emplyees name she said her name was Esther but refused to provide other employees name and I reminder that all employees should have a name tag, sarcastically she said thank you ill remember that and laughed, this is very unprofessional and rude to the max she could of handled things differently. Now i have a charge on my account for food i didnt received and a payed for and the worse customer service experience ever! I say if you don't like dealing with people, and have no good customer service just quit and get a remote job where u don't see customers. As you can see on photos no one has a name tag, I belive she might of told them to take their name tags off since I said we will call corporate.
