Ernestina (the owner) is a dedicated professional. She and her employees treated my physical therapy office as their own. Any time there was a question or issue she was in contact - quickly addressing whatever had come up. Her prices increased last year with inflation - but still reasonable. Highly recommend !

During my time as the Manager of The Tioga Apartments in downtown Merced, Tina with MCS was an absolute life saver and a true partner in our success. She handles every job with the utmost professionalism from start to finish, and always went above and beyond my expectations. I trusted her with our general building sanitation, perfecting empty apartments for new move-ins, and most of all with our residential housekeeping, because she and her team are excellent, efficient, and provide personalized and always dependable service. Walking through the sparkling lobby, and enjoying the clean fragrance of the stairwells and hallways, I can always tell when MCS has been there. At The Tioga, it is important to us to provide a luxury experience to our residents, and we absolutely could not have done that without MCS. They handle every emergency swiftly, and always put me and our customers at ease, even handling a hazmat cleanup we needed on one occasion. I strongly recommend MCS. Try them once and you will see.

From Customer service to the cleaning service has to be the best Ive experienced. They are very respectful and trustworthy. They treat you like family. Such beautiful people, that does beautiful work. Our air BnB property is well kept thanks to their services. Tina the owner is very friendly and sweet. Recommend for sure!!

We LOVE Modern Cleaning Solutions! It's SO hard trying to find an efficient and reliable cleaning company, so thank goodness we found Modern Cleaning Solutions!
