The Tioga

.It's sad to be pushed out of here after 3 years, when I first moved here it was so different, we had parking(no extra cost) we had water and garbage(no extra cost), you could get your own wifi(now they forcibly charge you $50). Parking it horrible and some nights when I haven't been able to find safe parking, my car was broken into multiple times. They use to keep up on maintenance in the hallways, they raise the rent once a year now. The manager is never on duty to help out. I just miss the way it was when I first moved in. You use to be able to rent the community room for a refundable deposit, but now it's just a 200-300 fee they pocket. Everything is cheaply re did to save money and it's pretty hidden until you live with it for a couple months.

At the time I lived there at The Tioga it was a death trap roach infested oh yeah and haunted too it was like living in a horror movie.

The Tioga is very well maintained by both the cleaning and managing staff. Kassandra is an excellent property manager and knows all her residents by name. This historic building is a good choice for someone moving from out of town who doesnt need much space. It is centrally located and offers modern style living with amenities such as a gym and work space.
