It’s crucial to note that work permit regulations for minors can vary significantly from state to state, and since we handle federal income tax filings encompassing all 50 states, our focus is on a comprehensive approach.I was attempting to elucidate the distinction between the child tax credit and the other dependent credit when a child reaches the age of 17. It is regrettable that there was misinterpretation of my explanation. Regarding the $20 fee, here at Adrian’s Income Tax, we have a policy in place for estimates. We provide it as a credit if you choose to proceed with filing. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and effort we put into our work, especially during the busiest time of the year when appointment slots are limited.
