Tim gracefully guided us through the clean-out, prep, repairs, inspection reports, mounds of paperwork, and made selling an effortless process. In addition, Tim was always a complete pleasure to work with. Cant say enough great things about him and would highly recommend Tim to anyone needing a realtor. None of my siblings or I will hesitate to hire him again when were ready to sell our homes in the future.
