Lana was very helpful during our shopping experience for a new home in Silicon Valley. Lana was always patient and presented us with decent amount of properties, from condos to single family houses. We have visited many places together until we found the right one for us and our budget. Her experience and knowledge about many communities and properties on the market was impressive and extremely valuable. She definitely went above and beyond for us and put in much effort and time. During challenging moments Lana provided much helpful suggestions for us to make right decisions we won`t regret afterwards. And perhaps as it is usual on this market, there are always some issues, she stood out every single time to protect our interests as buyers. After the deal closed, she has stayed in contact and ensured that we settled nicely into our new community. We would recommend her to family and friends.
