Bob Arabian was referred to me over a year ago when I was looking for financing for a manufactured home. The process of building my home took nearly a year due to the pandemic. Although it was quite frustrating for me, Bob and his team member, Tina, were always there for me. Explaining why certain documentation was required, that the wait for the home to be completed would not be "three" months as the dealer said, but more like nine or ten months, and generally made sure that the process would go smoothly. They were always able to calm me down when I became stressed or frustrated. I do not hesitate to recommend this company . Client service was excellent and any questions I had were answered quickly. My wife and I found ourselves pressed for time and Bob and his team, especially Christa, came to our rescue. Another broker wasted so much time for no results that we would have lost the purchase if Bob and co. werent so competent and efficient. They found answers to impediments and bent over backwards to get our loan closed on time. Really an exceptional job, especially compared to the competition.
