AAA Menlo Park Branch

The only reason I still use AAA is because they offer the cheapest insurance rate for me. If you can pay an extra $30 per month, I recommend going somewhere else. My insurance agent, Steve Boler, takes over 3+ days to respond, or doesn't respond at all. He claims that this is because they've had an increase in members, yet they are not hiring more insurance agents. It's frustrating to file claims because you have to call them (instead of being able to file and submit claims online like with Geico) and certain claims can only be processed by certain people, who are only available during the weekdays. AAA has significantly declined in quality in the last year.

UPDATE: This AAA location DOES have DMV services on Saturday but limited to registration, placard, and title transfer. If you have any other questions just call them and ask. I've always been a fan of this particular AAA from when it was in Palo Alto. This new one is very nice and more streamlined. It's so convenient to get DMV services and later today I'll find out if they do DMV on Saturday. I'll update if I can get my registration today. If you go there, be prepared to wait. It's usually pretty busy for the DMV services. Also, if you lost your handicap placard they can give you one right on the spot.

Have been using this excellent CSAA office for years, and have never been disappointed. Parking, plus excellent personnel and service.
