Got call back Sunday afternoon from Debbie, a co-owner, indignantly telling me she only called to tell me she couldn't talk because it was after hours and that she would call Monday.
No way to run a business. Either their too busy or don't care.
I'm not a complainer but when I'm confronted with arrogance, I'm out. I thought it was just me but the call was on speaker and my wife heard call as I heard it.
Sorry, I wouldn't recommend this pool contractor. Too many other good ones out there.
