Didn't know who to call. Sent a quick email about 5:30 am on a Wednesday. John responded by 6:00 am and scheduled me in for the next day. Came out, did a thorough inspection, took time with me and answered all my questions and was extremely personable. The report was emailed to me the next day. From scheduling to payment it couldt have gone smoother. Great person, great company, great price! I would recommend PMA to everyone.

John and Maribel costumer service is astonishing. They are both very accommodating as far as dates, and times for inspection. The quality of their reports is among the greatest as they are very detailed with any safety concerns. The reports are distributed in a timely manner. They provide recommendations for issues encountered during inspections. Every item has a location that clearly identifies the issues and a picture is included with every item. I could go on and on, but the point is their costumer service and quality is exemplary.

John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Since we are brand new home owners, he walked us through his process and answered all our questions. I got quotes from 5 companies before deciding to go with John. Once we had him come out to inspect our new construction home; we had to be present during the walk through due the builders requirements, which was no problem for John. John arrived early and started inspecting the outside of our house with his drone. Once his inspection was complete, he went around and showed us everything he found and provided some recommendations. The report he provides made it really easy to send to our builder for repairs. Despite initially getting push back from our builders, EVERYTHING John listed on the report turned out to be accurate and fixed by the builders. I will be calling him again and recommending John to others.
