Yogurtland Menifee

This specific yogurtland is always a problem. Theres hardly ever any toppings, half of them are empty and more than half the machines are broken. And the ones that do work have melted yogurt. Its super dirty inside, the floors, the topping station and the spouts are always leaking. The workers arent friendly and theyre always in the back room messing around on tiktok. Almost walked out one time without paying cause I was waiting so long lol. Ive taken my business to Blitzers instead. Do something about this location or completely remove it! Glad to see im not the only one thats noticed

Customer service was terrible, girl was texting while ringing us up, half the machines were down due to cleaning why would you clean the dispensers while the store is open for business? Wont be returning anytime soon.

I've been going to Yogurtland shops since 2012. When I moved to SoCal in 2022, I was happy to find a local spot in the neighboring town of Menifee. I'd been once before, and it was what I expected. This weekend, I was shocked when I stopped by:- More than half of the machines were out of order- The only machines working were: Birthday Cupcake Batter, Lemon Sorbet, Chocolate Milkshake, Pecans & Pralines NSA, and Strawberries 'N Cream. The machines had piles of melting yogurt sitting. - I was disappointed that, of the working flavors, only one, Pecans & Pralines, actually made firm yogurt. The rest came out of the machine like runny liquid with chunks. It looked like the machines weren't cold enough or the mixes were off.- I also found out that this location doesn't make waffle cones, which is not as much of a deal killer as the rest of the issues mentioned above. The toppings area looked stocked enough for business and decently clean.I begrudgingly bought some yogurt, and it was not up to expectation: half melted and flavors tasted off. When I asked to use the restroom (someone had been in it), I was informed that the bathroom was out of service due to issues with the toilet. I could try, but the commode may not flush. The employees appeared to want to be helpful, but gave the impression that all the issues I experienced were out of their control.This is a firm 1.5-star review because Yogurtland doesn't sell toppings as its primary business: it sells delicious yogurt, and this location wasn't close to what its name suggests. Yogurtland is a premium brand that is supposed to be above Menchies, Orangeleaf, Red Mango, and Pinkberry. I understand that maintenance or prepping issues occur, but this experience was shared by multiple couples that decided to leave empty-handed.  In hindsight, I should have done the same. I sincerely hope this location steps it up.
