Los De Santiagos Auto Body

I came to Los De Santiagos Auto Body last year to repair my car after an accident. I needed it done ASAP and had a limited amount of money to spend, they were willing to work with me and got it done quickly. Fast forward a year later, I went to roll down my window and the glass fell down. This is no longer my primary car, it is not used often and I hardly ever roll down the windows in the first place so It took me almost a year to even realize this was an issue. I called in, expecting they wouldnt do much but might fix it for an affordable price, but was so surprised that they were so quick and willing to cover it under the 4 year warranty they guaranteed on the work they did. Lots of places have "warranties" but those warranties usually have endless loopholes IMO, and never seem to be very simple. They told me to bring in my car whenever, and even after another week+ later when I dropped it off unannounced mid-day, they gladly took the keys with a smile and said they would try to get it back by the end of the day. Surely enough, an hour later they called that it was ready. And it was as simple as grabbing my keys and getting in my car. There were no additional fees, no additional loopholes and they did a wonderful prompt job. I was so extremely happy with the work they did initially- but to add on the service a year later is incomparable to any other shop I have been to in the past. Thank you all so much!!
