        This is the most high-end park in the county, but is owned by a heartless investment corporation determined to suck every last penny out of its residents! Since buying the park, Sun Communities, the multi-billion dollar corporation has seriously reduced services: stolen part of the clubhouse for their own offices, fired one full time and two part time maintenance workers, gone through three different park managers, and generally shows indifference towards residents concerned regarding the lack of park maintenance that affects the values of their homes. Sun is trying to get a permit to expand this park to put in 20 or so new lots. If approved, these lots will be exempt from the county Rent Stabilization Ordinance and it is anticipated that the new homes will be priced beyond what is considered "affordable", with the highest lot rents of any park in the county. Be wary!
