Progressive Painting

If I could I would give them less than one star. The owners, they are good people. They have an employee that runs the job who is very rude. This guy was very upset with me pointing out that he painted my expensive solar screens and they did not put them back on correctly. He raised his voice while I was on an important call. I asked him to return and he got more upset. He began cursing at me, all on video. He did not fix the screen that was falling off. You are only as good as the guy under you and this one was not worth the time. Lazy painters, that do not care about other people and their property.

This is the second home that Progressive has painted for us. The quality of work, polite crew and attending to needs of the client (us)  puts them at the top of their game. I picked a color and painted swatches but doubted my choice.... Rene came out and put me at ease and gave trim recommendations etc.... couldn't be happier with how the house looks. I've recommended them to friends already. :-) If and when a third house needs you Progressive.... we will call! Thank you so very much!

I have called them several times over several days and never once got a response. How in the world do these people get any business when they dont have a live person to take calls, or respond to their messages? Their recorded message claims they will get back to callers promptly. This has not been my experience. If this company ignores attempts at contact with them, this is not a company you want to do business with. Service: Exterior painting
