Great supervisors, great team! I have been provided with the tools and guidance needed to make my assignment more productive and fulfilling for me and our clients. No job worth doing is going to be easy or a walk in the park, but if you pay attention, have a strong work ethic and a sense of loyalty, it makes the job easier for everyone. The payoffs are that the ethics and loyalty are reciprocated.

Please dont work for this company , this is a complete joke they micromanage you they lie and say you did stuff and you didnt and not only that they will try to let you go for any giving reason! The state really needs to reconsider the contract with these people! They let people say racial slur and tell you not to say anything or you will be fired !

currently and employee here and can honestly say that i love this team , its really demanding but with a great team like them helping me and re assuring me in every step of the way , by providing training , working from home , preparing us to be able to assure our consumers and partners we deal with on a daily basis has made it in a overall satisfactory experience one and quite pleasant one if i may add
