        They are hiring engineers all the time. This site is a small representative sample of NG. There are larger sites with lots of mobility and growth. We have restructured and now a lot of those who were "stuck" in a certain mindset have retired. They pay well and have an excellent benefits package. Google Northrop Grumman Jobs. Fill out a profile and upload a resume. Thats how you get in the system. Then if look at LinkedIn or other job sites you will ahead of the game. I have been onsite for 4 years. It's a good place with lots of of growth at other sites if you want to move around. One of the benefits, we work a 9/80 schedule. Meaning we have every other Friday off.
