The negative reviews are pretty accurate. Read the responses from the “Company Owner”. No accountability. Just a string of justifications for unprofessionalism and bad behavior. The technician they sent to my house was very rude and confrontational. I waited a month for this company to make repairs on an appliance for me. The few times I called this company to follow up on my repairs (mind you, they NEVER followed up with me), who ever answers the phone would get upset at me. This company may have so much business that they dont have to care about every client. Good for them. Terrible for the consumer.

This company will not give you a straight answer about when parts will arrive. Say they will call you back and let you know and they never do. They say one week, that turns into three. They only give 4 hour windows for arrival. Office staff will refuse to let you speak to a manager or owner and will hang up on you. If your appreciate your time and sanity, do not use this company. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I had them come out 3 times this month to fix my dryer and this time it's my fault that a part burned and shoved a dirty melted part in my hand and tells me he's not coming back again. If you fixed it the first time why did I have to take 3 half day's of work this month. I suppose you would never do that to a man. Thanks for wasting my time and for the verbal abuse on your way out. Very professional.

Horrible. Didn’t even make it out to the appointment. Had me waiting all day for them and they called me 10 minutes before 7pm to tell me they won’t be able to make it out to my house for another. Meaning the tech wouldn’t be at my house till 8pm! The tech didn’t even sound like he was sorry. Definitely telling friends and family to not go with this company.
