I have bought 2 homes and sold 1 through Welton Realty. The level of care and detail they have provided to this process is simply unforgettable. When working with them, no question has ever been too insignificant or too great for them to answer. They have taken calls at all hours, and even after the buying or selling of a home is over, they have helped with my most nit noid questions about past current and future plans. I, hands down, would recommend this team to handle anyone's realty needs. I'd be shocked to find a better team within a 100miles who could do what they do just as spectacular as they do it.

If you are considering selling or buying a home look no further than Tim Helton. I dont even have words for how amazing he is and how thankful I am that he was our realtor. He went above and beyond and was there for us every step of the way. I wish we could have Tim with us whenever we move in the future. He made selling our house a seamless process. I was so stressed and had so many questions and Tim was always available with assurance and an answer. He showed up when I had concerns, made sure that closing was on our timeline as we had a very specific window we wanted to sell in.
