They have me the run around for months, I over qualified for the program, but after months of calling them and being lied to, they said they couldn't help me because of my electrical problem

Because of a Driver's licence, which is not needed to vote for government I couldn't get help. But Robert is a great guy. He's tried to help every which way he can.

Edit: the website to do the online application is STILL down, going on a few months now. Website still saying "down for a few days and will be back up soon". Bruh! People are really stressing over here, how can one get assistancewhen it's needed when you can't get a paper application or do it over the phone or online or in person??!? If your business is closed to the public, you really should update it here on Google maps because it still lists the times and days that the business is open. And not accepting walk-ins is not the same as currently closed to the public. Also I was told over the phone that paper applications for the Heap program were by the door but all I saw was the drop box and online application is currently down. I really need to apply and have the application go through as soon as possible
