Don and his staff are a genuine slice old school pie.  The customer service is unmached.  Better yet...they are competitive in their rates. They answer their phones (not a phone tree), return phone calls or emails and deal with unexpected issues promptly. The quality of care you will not find in a traditional big name insurance company like Allstate, AAA, Nationwide or Farmers, I have dealt with them all in my years.  When I have a question I can call, email or even stop in, unannounced, to see a staff member...in all instances my needs are always met.My initial contact with Don was for a simple auto policy but now it has grown to my insurance needs including personal, commercial, agri-business and investment real estate.

I just want to share how outstanding everyone in this wonderful office is! They take the time to know you, learn your specific needs & assure they're met. I am always greeted warmly & promptly by very helpful & knowledgeable staff. They all go that extra mile, contacting me directly if necessary to touch base. I have the comfort of knowing they are there for me should the worst happen or my needs change. Thank you Galligan & Associates!
