Everyone that I worked with at Traverso Tree Service was friendly, helpful, and professional! Great experience all around. Karen was very helpful to schedule the quote and job. Scott came by and gave me a fair quote and also shared information about my tree that I can keep in mind for future maintenance. Then, we scheduled the pruning and the crew came within the 2-hour window. They were thorough and did a great job. I would highly recommend them based on my experience and will definitely work with them again in the future.

After the recent heavy rains in January 2023, Traverso came out 3 times to work on trees over my house and the 2 adjacent houses. The first time was to remove a neighbor's tree which had fallen on my house. They came out very quickly and within 2 hours all evidence of the fallen tree were completely gone!Traverso followed up with maintenance trimming appointments within the next 2 weeks for both sides' neighbors. I got to watch and interact with their crews at least 3 times during this time period and was impressed by their professionalism and hard working demeanor.In addition, they are really knowledgeable about getting the job done in the best, most efficient, and least costly manner.Finally, they trim trees in a very natural manner. A lot of branches and mass were removed, which means less leaves falling on my roof next fall. But the tree kept its natural shape and conformation.While they won't be as aggressive as other tree services, they preserve the overall look and shape of the trees. If you want a brutal topping job which removes mass instantly but will result in a weird-looking tree 5 years from now, Traverso is NOT the company you want.
