        I dont ever post reviews on google maps and certainly never a 1 star review but I gotta say a lady by the name of Betty is extremely unprofessional but also rude. Everything I call to get a status on my vehicle, shes never provides accurate information and just seem incredibly miserable with her job . American Tow might be a good company but Betty seems to ruin the companys reputation. Anyways, I wanted to rely this message for the companys management team to evaluate her performance.

        My Son's car was stuck in a very crowded parking lot. When Luke showed up in a big flatbed truck I thought there is no way he could get the car out of the space it was in with all traffic in this parking lot. He knew exactly how to get the car onto the flatbed so quickly and was out of there in a few minutes. I was very impressed. I highly recommend American Tow for all your service or towing needs. The best in Contra Costa County.
