Harlan also successfully helped me when the financing for my loan was in jeopardy for reasons beyond my control and Harlan's. Stephanie helped me navigate all the paperwork requests with ease! Both always answered and returned by calls promptly and with great courtesy. This is a great team to do your mortgage financing!

My 2nd re-fi with Silverado and still amazing!  They truly make re-financing as painless as possible and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.  I was at the closing table in a little less than 4 weeks and in today's environment that is incredible.  I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.  In today's world - often a sea of mediocrity - they are shining stars.   I cannot recommend them enough.

Applying for a home loan is almost like getting undressed in front of a stranger. Thankfully Harlan and his team are great. They have been very responsive and knowledgeable throughout my interactions with them. My families journey on finding a home has not been easy, the silver lining has been finding this company.
