Highly recommend Dr Karbassi He is extremely knowledgeable As much as its possible to enjoy a visit to the dentist, I had a great first visit Dr Karbassi and his staff were friendly and professional. They continued to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. They got a scan, cleaning, and cavity fill done in no time. Thank you

This service for a teeth cleaning and an x-ray was one of the best Christmas gifts I couldve received this dentist Dr. Karbassi himself was very thorough very gentle and had some of the best hands Ive experienced in the industry I would definitely recommend that if you want somebody who is very good at their job and if you have a sensitive mouth you should definitely choose Karbassi DDS!

Dr. Karbassi might be an excellent dentist based on the reviews here, but his receptionists are absolutely terrible. I arrived for an appointment I made as a new patient over the phone with staff there, and found the door locked. It was opened by a receptionist who gave me a look like I was crazy when I explained to her that I had an appointment at 4:30. She checked the computer, and found no appointment. I had even received a reminder card in the mail. She continued to be rude and dismissive while looking in the computer for it, and told me that the doctor had gone home for the day at 3:30 because "no one was coming in" and it looked like my appointment had disappeared. She said there was nothing she could do. She let me know that the other staff was the one who sent the reminder card, who took my appointment and probably was the one who canceled it. I had driven 47 minutes to get to their office in downtown Martinez. It says here on Yelp that they're open from 9 - 6 pm on Mondays. Totally ridiculous, if only I had called to double check before heading all the way over there because it seems like these days no one can do their job properly and you seriously always have to assume that people are not going to. Silly me. Will never be going back.
