        Chase has gone downhill completely. I'm a local business man with lots of money to put into the branch. You cannot do deposits at this Branch anymore. They will not take my money absolutely freaking ridiculous what is this world coming to.

        Terrible- they don’t have an actual counter with tellers. I tried to deposit checks 3 separate times through their kiosk and they would not recognize one of the checks. One of the ladies told me to sit. I waited 10 minutes for someone to walk over half frustrated and ask what I needed. I explained and she said I have to go to another location to deposit checks. Who ever heard of such a thing- a bank that cant deposit checks at their branch. Not to mention, it would have been nice for someone to tell me from the start. Don’t waste your time
