Auto World Automotive

Not sure how to rate a shop that told me upon arrival that they couldn't help me. I hadn't even told them why I was there but one look at my vintage jeep and that was my greeting. Ironically, now that 4 Wheel Drive Specialties has closed Auto World acquired their client list and called me to say that they want my business. I'm afraid that their first impression killed any chance of me ever returning.

Where have you been all my life? Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, fair, I can't tell you how grateful I am to know my Truck is not only repaired, but repaired properly. I feel safe and secure and Robert and Wyatt have restored my confidence in good, honest, business practices and getting what I paid for. I had a substantial amount of work done, motor, suspension, steering, brakes, heating, A/C, wiring, and a whole lot more. I had paid for a lot of the work from "those other guys" who did not know what they were doing, or did not care. Robert was very patient, took the time to help me document what was not ever done, done wrong or wrong parts, etc. by the previous shop so that I understood, saw all the dirty, shotty, parts removed from my Truck and answered all of my questions so that I understood and had documentation to back my claims and recover my losses. I will not go anywhere else for my Auto needs.Thank you so much Auto World

I had the Blue Chrysler 200, I just wanted to say these guys were amazing. I moved from Illinois to California and during the trip my car messed up. Auto World not only quoted me a cheap price, but they let me bring my own parts which I ABSOLUTELY loved. They fixed my car the same day I called. I could not have asked for a better mechanic and I will be going here from now on. Thank you so much Auto World! Service: General repairs & maintenance
