Katrina came highly referred and we were extremely satisfied with how she handled myself and my fianc during our cross country move . We chose Katrina based on her knowledge of our market, her ability to problem solve, her access to varied buyers, and her ability to handle an extraordinary and complex property situation. After we chose Katrina, her manner in which she handled our unique property situation affirmed our choice. She was clear-thinking, devised and executed a plan of action, helped us filter the legitimate offers from predatory offers, and saw the sale to completion! Most importantly (and this is the most important reason for this favorable review), Katrina stayed true to her professional obligation to act on our behalf as our agent and sought the best outcome for us and not just the quickest outcome. For most people, real estate is their single most important asset...you can't afford the wrong realtor! We are so grateful for Katrina! She is our realtor for life!
