Craig has turned an activity that I absolutely abhor into something that I now only slightly dread. Working out has never been for me but Craig keeps things lively and engaging. He pushes me enough for me to make progress and feel challenged, yet the workouts he creates for me remain attainable and leave me feeling accomplished. While working out will likely never be my activity of choice, Craig makes it as enjoyable as possible!

Craig is an exceptionally good trainer. I have only been working with him for the past few months and have already seen significant results. He understands his clients needs and than works with them rigorously to help them achieve their goals. Not only is he a great trainer but also an amazing human being with a very nice sense of humor. When I started working with him I hadnt been to the gym in years but I now genuinely look forward to our sessions. I would recommend Craig to anyone who is serious about their fitness goals and are looking for an awesome trainer.

Craig is an absolute treat to train with. He is always so positive and uplifting. He mixes the workouts up, which I really like. I am really happy I found him and have seen some great results in the 2+ months we have been training.

These classes are the best of the best. I walk away feeling so energized and I love everyone in the classes - they are so talkative, fun to workout with and interested in fitness! Craig has created a unique and fun way to get moving and get fit. I will 100% be back I went 3 times in one week!
