Max and Eva at ME life are wonderful!
The Stroller Fitness MDR workout is balanced to hit all of your body and you're doing it at a good pace, so also getting your heart rate up. They also are able to adjust the exercises for any special needs (I was newly post partum, so at first they had to modify a few of the exercises.)
They also keep track of your little one so you can focus on the workout. There are toys and snacks and other kiddos to play with. It's definitely the best Mommy and Me class in Marina del Rey. I'm back on the road to getting my body back in shape after baby #2 thanks to them.
