        Very bad experience with this specific Orange Theory! They texted me and offered a first class for free. I show up 15 minutes before and they said I needed to pay for the class as a drop in because I didnt arrive 30 mins before. And she said it was $20. After the class, I got a great introduction to the ins and outs of OT from the coach but the front desk insisted I needed to pay the class or sign up for a monthly package. I agreed to pay the $20 drop in. When I checked my bank account they had charged me $30! Completely dishonest and disconnected. I called and asked for a refund. They offered another class package. I love going to workout studios and thought OT could be part of my routine. After the dishonestly and their bait & switch I will not go back nor would I recommend this studio to anyone.
