Very friendly customer service, Ryan explained everything before work was started and complete, offered all discounts and honored Firestone corporation lifetime warranty (they're an independent owner) pricing was reasonable, had brakes, coolant flush, oil change and wheel alignment completed. Car runs like I first bought it, very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend.

- I opened the glove (box) compartment and it fell onto the floor of my car. That was after my 2nd or 3rd visit to Firestone, whereby they replaced my cabin air filter(s). The front counter person apologized and had the shop guys reattach my glove box properly. - A different time I showed up to Firestone for my regular oil change and tire rotation, after I purchased two tires from a different tire shop, due to logistical reasons. By the time I made it to Firestone, one of my new tires was nearly flat; there was a nail in it. Instead of making me drive back to the original tire shop for a free flat repair, the Firestone associate discounted my flat repair at their shop. - You always buy two tires: I had a spare tire and used it when one of my tires blew out beyond repairable status. Until the tire tech showed me the sidewall damage (see pics), I thought my tire was patchable. Techs installed my spare, put my donut back in my trunk, and secured it appropriately.

Today I noticed I had a leak in my tire. I was going to put air in myself, but I wanted to get down to the root of my problem. I have previously come here for breaks so I decided to return to see if they could help me out. It was a screw in the tire. It looked like it could be an easy patch. They unfortunately told me that it was unfixable, so they quoted me a price for a tire. I asked them to just put my spare on so I could look at my options. He seemed a little shocked that I asked for that and charged me $20 to change my spare. I decided to go over to Americas tires to get a second opinion and wouldnt you know they were able to patch it for free and did all the labor for free could have saved myself 20 bucks, but I was trying to support small business. Im going to get new tires, but I probably go with Americas tires (Better price, better Service)
