Golden Valley Health Centers

Golden Valley Dental in Manteca is by far my favorite office. They make it extremely easy to take my kids to the dentist, and also have my own appointments covered at the same time. The staff is very kind and respectful.

Walked in and was pleasantly surprised the Place was immaculate. They even have a vending machine with complimentary COVID test kits, face masks and Lysol wipes. The staff was so kind and attended to our every need from tissue to referrals for all the right needs. If you dont know how to maneuver around your insurance and health plan. This is a great resource. Highly recommend it.

A young girl in the office was rude and unempathetic. I came in to find out the results of my daughters blood work after calling and waiting for a week. I had to wait until the next morning for a phone appointment. A girl called saying the Dr needs to reschedule. She said she rescheduled me later that day with a different doctor after explaining how concerned I was and how know one will help. Both girls couldn't answer simple questions on thier policies and procedures and just didn't care. Oh and I'm still waiting for a doctor to call me 2 days later. She obviously lied about scheduling me another appointment. Wow. I got what I needed from Childrens Hospital. Save yourself stress and don't go here. I will never be going back.
