        Sometimes you can get someone that knows phones and how to operate them. Other times I wonder if some of them ever used a phone. The first time I went into the store, it was obvious the store rep did not want to do any work. He was no help, gave no suggestions really. The next day I went back in and another store rep, Lori, helped me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond assisting me. She was definitely the best customer service rep I've ever had anywhere! They need more people like her. She was the best!

        First of all I meant to press 5 for the first question. I was very satisfied with the customer service that I received at the AT&T store. I dont recall the gentlemans name that help me, but he was very friendly and very helpful.
