I have called this place to make an appointment few times but no one picked up the phone. Im not sure how you run a business if you are not going to pick up the phone.

Everything you hear about Bill's being 5 stars is true!  I went in after 4:30 pm and asked Bill if he had anytime to squeeze in an alignment.  He said sure! I can tell you that Bill is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and a pleasure to work with.  He has the right stuff to do the job at the highest level!  Very reasonable!  If you have a European Vehicle, simply don't take it there.  Most all European makes simply should go to the dealer.  For the lady who gave a bad review simply because he told you he did not do European vehicles, that's sure a pity.   All you normal folks out there, go see Bill!  You will be glad you did!!  Thanks again Bill for your over-the-top service!!
