I had an appointment with Jenny to color and highlight my hair. Unfortunately it's my worst experience ever I wanted to cry. My highlights looked horrible and brassy not what I wanted at all. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted. To top it off she charges me $200 for above shoulder length hair. I usually pay between $90-$120 and my hair length is pretty short. I've had my hair done multiple times and never looked so orange and brassy. Also didn't like her technique of doing highlights and color at the same time. I will never go to her again. I did go back and Jenny recolored my roots to a darker more natural color to remove the red tone and only reapplied toner, she refused to bleach and fix my brassy orange highlights. I did not get a single compliment for my hair like I usually do, just an "Oh you colored your hair." If you're willing to risk not possibly getting what you want and paying way too much then schedule an appointment with Jenny.
