I purchased both a refrigerator and range. After they were delivered I noticed defects on the refrigerator door. I notified Center Appliances and they refused to exchange it out stating that maybe the other could be the same. And if I returned they would charge a 15% restocking fee. I am on a budget and it took me long enough to save for these. First they said they would order the door and then let me know the next day that GE had to come out and inspect it first and that would be a week later. Being the holidays I thought I would start decorating my home, but its been nothing but a headache because lord knows how long they are going to take. Bottom line is I will never purchase from them again.

I am so incredibly disapointed with my washer and dryer purchase! I give two stars only because the sales people were really patient with me and answered all of my questions. But ever since the sloppy delivery team showed up leaving trash in my driveway and black finger prints all over my walls and doors, I have listened to my brand new washer squeek and rattle with seemingly no way to fix it!! I wanted to support small business but I have never had this problem with appliances from Home Depot. So sad!!!

Best place to shop for appliances. Saved us twice so far this year. Woke up one morning to discover our deep freezer wasn't working. Went in bought a new one and since it was an emergency it was delivered and set up within the hour. Yesterday we needed a new washer and dryer. He gave me the sales price even though the sale started today, and had it delivered this morning. Easy, wonderful people to work with. Shop locally you won't regret it.
