        Big yikes. I popped into urbn on a slow Thursday morning. There were only a couple of other customers in the store. I was never greeted nor spoken to for the entirety of my visit. Afterwards, I walked over to Anthro where I was warmly greeted and acknowledged multiple times during my visit. Urbn, please look to your older sister for help on how to treat your customers. This ain't it.

        When we came in, there were 2 workers chit chatting and eating in the front of the store. They didnt acknowledge us when we entered, which is not professional. When we left, again they didnt acknowledge us. Will not be returning.
