After losing my brother I was in a position where I needed to sell an apartment building in the South Bay, an area I had absolutely no knowledge about. Referred to by an agent from where I live I was extremely pleased to have met Ann Shumbo. Ms. Shumbo was very knowledgeable, not only about the selling process but also the market area, the probate laws and what it takes to negotiate and obtain what I believe to be the best deal I could have possibly hoped for. Ms. Shumbo went above and beyond to help me out by working with my probate attorney and with every problem that arose with me not living in the area. Her local knowledge helped me in locating everything needed to prepare the property for sale, finding plumbers, cleaning services, estate sales, carpenters, whatever I needed she was there often saving me countless hours traveling down to the area to take care of even the smallest details. I can't thank Ann enough for her professionalism and making what was a difficult time for me and actual pleasurable process.
