I very highly recommend Lauren Perreault. She is an excellent realtor. She has an impressive background in professional engineering, business administration, real estate development and sales. Her intuition and decision making skills are exceptional. She is results oriented and has great costing skills as well. She does a great job in team selection and overseeing team work. She is very personable and hard working. She demonstrates considerable patience with both her real estate team and her clients. As a recent highly satisfied client it was my good fortune to observe and work with Lauren and her team for approximately two months as we prepared to sell a house in Portland, Oregon. From the outset she developed an overall detailed real estate sales plan and provided well thought out contingency plans whenever needed. She was very cognizant of our short schedule in preparing and marketing a residential real estate in the currently hot Portland, Oregon market. She successfully saw that our house was prepared for Open House by inspecting and correcting house deficiencies in the areas of landscaping, fencing, door replacement, flooring, plumbing, painting, lighting, etc.. The staging for Open House was exceptional. Her organization and conduct of Open House for our house was truly remarkable. Open House was conducted Friday through Sunday. Our house was shown more than three dozen times and we received a dozen valid offers which met or exceeded our asking price. We ultimately closed in less than a month at 24% above our asking price. Recently I had to move my elderly parents from their large home to retirement communities. I then had to find a trusted real estate agent to sell their beloved home which I found in Lauren Perreault with RE/MAX. From the fabulous photos taken and video made for the MLS listing, to the tasteful staging for market launch and the exceptional follow up by her during the entire process she was superb. However, the highest praise I can give to Lauren is that she helped sell and close on the house during a global pandemic(Covid-19) and that makes her the perfect realtor for anyone wanting to put their home on the market.

I find Lauren to be the consummate in Realtor s! boy does this lady know her stuff, she has more knowledge than anyone i know. I find her to be a total delight and feel comfortable publicly referring her. To all my fellow Yelpers, she's past the five stars!
