I have lived in a property managed by Inland Pacific for three years and have had a great experience. They are prompt, professional and always willing to help. Whenever I have a friend looking for a new place in the area, I always refer them to Inland Pacific Management first - highly recommend!

It seems this business is making a profit from the application fee. The first red flag is that the application fee has to be paid in cash. Second red flag after I applied for an apartment located on ocean drive in Manhattan Beach, I was told it was no longer available. Today, I looked on Inland Pacific Management website and this apt on ocean drive in Manhattan Beach is still being advertised as available. Be smart people and do not make the same mistake I did.

As an agent, I worked with placing a client in a home managed by IPM and I was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The staff is friendly, the process is smooth, communication is quick and succinct.. Id have them manage my property if I had any in the area!
