Dropped my puppy off this morning for our scheduled 9am appointment for a bath and nail trim. The store was not open and they were late. I was instructed to go under their door mat and grab the key to put my dog into a kennel...Which in turn made me late for work...I then get notified that my dog will not be ready until 3pm and will cost over $200!!!I go to pick up my puppy, only to find out they NEVER even worked on my puppy!!So my poor puppy was stuck all day in a kennel for no reason!!And did this company offer to make things right? Nope...they said they would drop the puppy off at my house later but still charge me full price!!Absolutely disgusted at the level of service and care and concern for my puppy...Never coming back again...

Paws A While used to be wonderful. I'm in touch with old groomers and have heard what a nightmare this place is now. I cannot believe it's still operating? All I hear are statements about the psychotic ownership (verbal assault), bloody and crying dogs (abuse), fraudulent overcharges (theft), etc. So why aren't we as a community to shut this place down?! Next time your dog comes home bloody... call the police! Report this establishment to the city! DO something. I cannot because I do not take my dog there anymore and thankfully caught the bad reviews before making him an appointment thus I have no basis for a complaint. I just cannot believe that a community like Manhattan Beach wouldn't do more to take action against this place! We could use a great local grooming salon again without having to drive to Lomita so I'd love to see this place change hands again back into responsible ownership.
