David Garrett provides exceptional service. He assisted me in obtaining a loan for my first home purchase. While shopping in a highly-competitive market, David was always at the ready to provide support in drafting our offers and was always there before and afterward to discuss each potential purchase and how its price would affect our loan. I had so many questions and concerns, I was exhausting myself (!), but never did I feel David was annoyed or rushing me. He was calm, mindful, and a much-needed steady hand during the buying process, which was (at times) an emotional roller coaster. Once I found my now-home and the offer was accepted, the loan process was quite seamless and David was always there to answer any new questions that arose. The loan funded quickly thereafter and we closed on time with absolutely no issues. I feel very fortunate that my experience didn't have any serious hiccups and feel I have David a lot to thank for that.

YES I agree with everyone else here, David is just the best period, and a lifesaver, I fit into a weird mold financially, all other brokers gave me high hopes at first only to turn me down after lots of paperwork because of my unorthodox financial set up, very frustrating, but David saw through all that, he was right there guiding it through till the end, in fact he ended up helping me through not only one mortgage but the second mortgage on a different property as well, everyone at RPM is like a family and it just makes that entire yuk process so much less stressful, not to mention fruitful! Thanks David.

Imagine you're free falling down a waterfall...only to splash land in a river without a life jacket. This is how I felt buying my first home. That is UNTIL David came along and not only handed me a vest, but built me a raft which he guided to land. I couldn't have done it without David's superb judgement and unwavering patience. I can't recommend him enough and will be forever grateful for his stewardship.

David was instrumental in helping us get a very difficult loan. He patiently lead us through the challenging process and made it happen. When the bank made an error in rates he honored what he had told us despite a personal cost to him! Really above and beyond and we truly appreciated it. I'd recommend David to anyone looking to get a mortgage done.

Since getting credit has gotten more difficult and cumbersome over the last few years (even for credit score rockstars), I can't recommend highly enough the use of a reputable mortgage broker to run interference with the big bad banks. Enter David Garrett. I met David through a work project a few months back, and he was kind enough to update me on rates, etc. during the months we were considering a refinance on our home. When we were ready to push the button in early August, he was ready with a comprehensive checklist of items he needed to see the process through. And of course, we had a few "special circumstances" that would make the process just a little more challenging. OCD as I am, I had just about every document he needed (from tax returns to W2's to paycheck stubs) at easy access on the computer. After providing the items in question, he needed precious little else from us, and he or Jana (his coordinator) were in touch almost daily to update us on the status. When loan docs were ready at the end of August, a notary brought them to our home after work for signature. We started the process in early August and the refi closed in early September in about a painless a process as we've ever had. David was proactive, communicative, and professional every step of the way, and the rate was extremely competitive. Whether you're buying a new home or refinancing the one you're in, I recommend David Garrett without hesitation.
